Pride in the PWR

Welcome to your source for all things related to the Presbytery’s participation in Pride in the CLE 2026, on Saturday, June 6.  We invite you to join us as you can, whether to march in the parade, stand along the March route and cheer, or take a turn working the PWR’s booth in the exhibit area after the parade.  We also have links here for T-shirts and for Pride flags, so read on!

Let’s start with t-shirts: if you did not order yourself a super cool t-shirt for the parade a few years ago, here’s your chance to do it!  T-shirts come from Kind Cotton and are fabulous.  Check them out hereOrder soon so you have your shirt in time for the parade.

Do you need a new Pride flag for your church or maybe just for yourself?  Check out
Flags for Good and find the perfect flag for your needs.

Now for the big event of the day: the Parade! We will walk with our PWR rainbow banner, joining several churches from the Presbytery as well as other faith organizations from around the greater Cleveland area.  We’ll gather as a group on the steps of First Presbyterian Church in Cleveland beginning at 10:00am on June 6.  All are welcome to meet at the steps, whether or not you are walking in the parade.  We’ll pose for a PWR photo, get ourselves together, and then move to our standing location by 11:00am, the start time for the March.

Have questions or need more information?  Feel free to contact
Meredith White or Laura VanDale.  It’ll be a great day!

We need volunteers for the booth!

New this year, we will also have a PWR booth in the exhibit area, where we can chat with folks, hand out some PCUSA swag, and enjoy the festivities.  We need volunteers to staff  the booth for two-hour shifts, beginning at noon and going until 6:00pm.   If you are interested in booth hosting, please complete this form.
